As part of CUHK’s commitment to world-class education, the University engages in different models of teaching partnerships with a number of higher education institutions around the world. Such partnerships provide students with an interesting, innovative, and international curriculum that will well equip them for dynamic and global careers.
These programmes award two qualifications at the same level upon completion of the requirements established by the partner institutions.
Brown Plus One Programme with Brown University, USA (for Brown students returning to CUHK for a master’s degree upon completion of exchange)
These CUHK programmes are taught by professors from CUHK and partner institution(s). Students are granted CUHK degrees and may or may not be granted another certificate from the partner institution(s).
Integrated BBA Programme – Global Business Studies Stream (GLOBE) with Copenhagen Business School (CBS), Denmark and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC), USA: This is a structured student exchange arrangement in which CUHK, CBS, and UNC students are admitted as one cohort and have the opportunity to study for one term at each location together during their course of studies. The programme is curriculum-specific and upon completion of the programme, students receive a single degree from their home institution.
BBA in Integrated BBA Programme – International Business and Chinese Enterprise Stream with University of South Carolina (SC), USA: This is a structured student exchange arrangement in which CUHK and SC students are admitted as one cohort and have the opportunity to study together for 1-2 years at the respective partner institution. Upon completion of the undergraduate studies, students receive a single degree issued by their home institution and eligible students may continue on the 1-year Master of International Business programme at SC, subject to fulfilling the admission requirements.

Joint Training for Master’s Programmes (Law) with China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), China (for CUPL students studying with CUHK only)
Teaching Collaboration in Master’s Programmes (FinTech/Finance) with Washington University in St. Louis (WUSTL), US (for WUSTL students studying with CUHK only)
Collaborative Partnership for the Training of Predoctoral Students (Biomedical Sciences) with the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health & Human Development, National Institutes of Health, USA
CUHK has developed a series of MOOCs that are available free of charge to the global learning community. Some 30 courses are now offered on various platforms, such as Coursera, CNMOOC, XueTangX, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau University Online Open Course Alliance, with a wide regional and global reach.
