There is no full-time Diploma programme offered to this student type this year. The application deadline is changed to May 11 with 10% early bird discount for application on or before May 5. 	2014-7-30 Permanent HK citizens can consider applying for Continuing Education Fund in their study of Cantonese, Chinese Reading, Putonghua and HSK preparation courses. Those who fulfill the requirement can get a maximum of 80% course fee refund capped at HK$10000.
