Special Bus Services
for Information Session on Academic Curriculum and Academic Counselling Session
Special bus services from the University Station to the Sir Run Run Shaw Hall will be provided by the Registration and Examinations Section of the Registry as follows. Students should arrive early for seating arrangements to avoid congestion.
9 August 2019
- 1st Session: for new students of Faculty of Arts, Education (except Early Childhood Education(2-year programme)), Medicine (except Community Health Practice, Gerontology and Public Health) and Science.
Special Bus Service: 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. - 2nd Session: for new students of Business Administration, Education (Early Childhood Education (2-year programme)), Engineering, Law, Medicine (Community Health Practice, Gerontology and Public Health), Social Science, the Double Degree Programme of Integrated BBA Programme and Juris Doctor (BBA-JD) and the Programme of Global Economics and Finance (GLEFN) and Quantitative Finance & Risk Management (QFRMN).
Special Bus Service: 12:00 noon – 12:30 p.m.

If the Typhoon Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in force or still in force at the following hours, the arrangements for the Information Session on Academic Curriculum and the Academic Counselling Sessions will be as follows:
