At the conference, the attendees shared the problems encountered in implementing general education in the US, discussed students’ attitudes toward study and  performance responsibility and assessment methods in tertiary education, and learned about the preparations made for students in institutions of higher learning in different places, etc.  Dr. Leung Mei Yee, Associate Director of the RCGE, attended the conference, giving a talk entitled Building a ‘Multi-Cultural’ General Education Program.
