Launching ceremony of the Translation Oral History Research Project Videos

| This event features the official launch of the video series, Reliving the Past in Dialogue: A History of Translation in Hong Kong. Apart from premiering the project’s highlight video, the event gathers a panel consisting of interviewees, all notable translation masters and practitioners who witnessed the development of translation over the past 50 years in Hong Kong, together with the interviewers in the project. |
| Another highlight of the event is the conferment ceremony for the titles of President Emeritus and Honorary President of the Hong Kong Translation Society, to Prof. Leo Chan and Mr. Foo-cheung Lo, JP, respectively. |
