OSOL is a cross-searchable database which contains the full text of over 3,500+ Oxford books of all subjects.

Downloading & Printing Limit

Download: portions of a book can be downloaded as a pdf.
Print: single copy of portions of a book can be printed out
Users cannot systematically download or print multiple portions from a book.

Free User Account needed to be set up?

Yes, a free user account is needed to be set up to download PDF files. Click the Sign Up link on top of the Oxford Scholarship Online homepage to create a free user account.

Searching

OSOL provides Quick Search and Advanced Search in the Oxford Scholarship Online homepage.

Browsing

It can also browse all Law titles in the database by scrolling down to the middle of the homepage.

Viewing the ebooks

Printing & Downloading

Printing: press the Printer Friendly Button in the upper-right hand side of the page to print the content in html format.

Downloading: press the Save Button in the upper-right hand side of the page to save individual chapters to PDF.
