Professor Abdullah KONAK is a Distinguished Professor of Information Sciences and Technology at the Pennsylvania State University, Berks. He received his PhD from the University of Pittsburgh, MS from Bradley University and BS from Yildiz Technical University, all in Industrial Engineering. Professor KONAK’s primary research interest is in the modelling, analysis, and optimization of complex systems using computational intelligence combined with techniques from probability, statistics, and Operations Research. He held visiting positions at Lehigh University and Cornell University, and have taught the Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship course at the CUHK ISS for over a decade. | ||||
