Course Description This course studies the nature, form and scope of international business. Topics include foreign environment and major international business activities, such as exporting, direct investment, licensing and other contractual arrangements. Management strategies concerning production, marketing, human resource, and finance in an international context will also be discussed.

Dr. Frank NG is a Lecturer in the Department of Management and Associate Director of Centre of Entrepreneurship at CUHK. He received his PhD in Management and BBA in Management from CUHK. His research interests are strategic management, international business, corporate governance and entrepreneurship. He is the recipient of Faculty Teaching Excellence Award 2019/2020, CUHK Business School; and multiple teaching excellence awards. As an entrepreneurial educator, he has developed various synchronous and asynchronous learning materials, and actively adopted flipped classroom approach and experiential learning in his teaching.
