WS Teacher’s Message #8

Dear students,

Happy new year and I wish you a great and successful semester ahead, and especially good health and happiness every day!

Every one of us is on our own unique life course journey. Over this journey, your attributes may progress through the experience of different events and roles. When you perceive fluctuating progress, you may actively review your long-term target which has been set at the very beginning of your university life. The quote from Martin Luther King Jr. guided me a lot during my studies, “If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” You may consider breaking down your targets and celebrating every mini-victories. This method helps me a lot and I hope that it works for you too.

Starting from this semester, I feel honour and privileged to serve as one of the wardens in our college. When you see me around, feel free to share your happiness or difficulties with me.
