How to register

CUHK Tendering System is open for public access. Registered companies can receive email notification of newly posted tenders which are in the same category(ies) as those selected by the companies.

To Register:

  1. Download an application form
  2. Complete the application form and send it by mail to:

    Business Unit
    1/F Sui-Loong Pao Building
    The Chinese University of Hong Kong
    Shatin, New Territories
    Hong Kong

  3. Please make sure the followings before sending out your application:
    1. Email address is correctly filled in.
    2. The application form must be signed by an authorized personnel of your company and stamped with company chop.
    3. A photo copy of Business Registration is attached to the application form.
