Experience in serving PE department head in secondary school, sports administrator in National Sports Association, manager of University Water Sports Centre, and team manager and coach of the Hong Kong Delegation for The 3rd, 4th and 6th World University Squash Championships, Chairman of Racketlon Federation of Hong Kong, China. Currently serving as Lecturer for PE Required Programme in Squash, Table Tennis and Softball courses, coach of the University Men's and Women's Squash Team, advisor of New Asia College Men’s and Women's Athletic Team, Volleyball Team, Rowing Team and Table Tennis Team, Warden of Chih Hsing Hall. Keen on distance running and racket sports especially table tennis, badminton, squash, and tennis.
