The 19th International Congress of the International Society for Ethnopharmacology was held on 12-14 June 2019 at the Technische Universität Dresden, Germany.
The congress aims to increase knowledge on traditional medicinal products and of dietary constituents regarding their efficacy and safety in medical and healthcare applications. This comprises state-of-the-art pharmacology, knowledge of the molecular mode of action, advanced chemistry and the exploitation of the role of natural compounds in drug discovery and (bio)material sciences.
