The Graduate Certificates with regard to the specified student group will be available for collection between 1 and 30 November 2022.

In view of the development of COVID-19 epidemic situation in Hong Kong and for the sake of keeping Social Distancing and Crowd Management in a small enclosed area in good practice, we invite students who would like to collect the graduate certificate in person within the captioned period to register online and book a timeslot at https://booking.gs.cuhk.edu.hk/.  Those coming to us directly without in the first place duly booked an appointment may experience a long wait time. Students selected the 15 October/15 November process will be notified of the graduate certificate collection details in due course. The booking system will be set to respond to the group in anticipation of the 16 – 30 November window.

Students who owe money to the University are urged to settle their outstanding debts as soon as possible. Else, the Graduate Certificate will be withheld.
