This scheme aims at providing subsidies to the teaching and administrative staff, hoping that staff can benefit from the extra resources and students can gain working experience which will be helpful to their future career. Moreover, the staff-student relations can be improved and the sense of belonging to the College can be strengthened. The annual application is in September.
