Application for College Scholarships (Term 1, 2020/21)

College scholarships in term 1, 2020/21 are now open for application. Interested students please submit your online application form and other required documents by 9 October 2020 (Friday) 5:00 p.m. Late submission will NOT be accepted.
To reduce the risk of spreading the novel coronavirus, please submit your supporting documents via email to karenwong@cuhk.edu.hk in PDF format before the deadline.

2. How to apply
Applicants are required to submit an Online Application through the college webform system and submit a copy of the confirmation email with the below listed supporting documents via email to karenwong@cuhk.edu.hk on or before the said deadline. Otherwise, the application will be cancelled.

^1 Recommendation form should be completed by a teaching staff serving in the University. Please ask your referee to complete the online recommendation form by sending them the link with your name, SID and major. The form should be completed on or before the application deadline.
^2 Required financial documents:
For students who have applied for government TSFS/FASP in 2020/21 - A full copy of your TSFS / FASP application 2020/21 which includes:
· Acknowledgment or receipt of you application submitted online to Student Finance Office
· Copies of income proof of ALL your working family members you attached to your application
· Copies of bank account statement of ALL your family members you attached to your application
· Any other relevant documents (e.g. Proofs of housing cost or medical expenses) you attached to your application
Other students – the below documents of the applicant and ALL household members in the past 12 months:
· Income proof (e.g. Income statement / salary bank transfer record / self written income statement etc.)
· Bank account record/statement
· Documents to show the rental payment or monthly installment of housing
Note: If you are having difficulties in providing your financial documents of your household members, you may submit a self-written statement to us.
^3 Proof of participation in activities/social services could be, for example, letters, certificates or photos.
