Congratulations to Prof. Angela Yingjun Zhang and Prof. Anthony Man-Cho So for winning the 2014 IEEE Comsoc Asia Pacific Outstanding Paper Award

The paper "Optimal Spectrum Sharing in MIMO Cognitive Radio Networks via Semidefinite Programming", coauthored by Prof. Angela Zhang and Prof. Anthony So (Department of System Engineering), has received the 2014 IEEE Comsoc Asia Pacific Outstanding Paper Award. This is the 3rd year that the Asia Pacific Board offers this award to honor outstanding original papers authored by members in the Asia-Pacific region and published in IEEE ComSoc journals and conferences in the previous 3 years. The award will be given out at the APB general meeting at Globecom 2014.
