Congratulations to Yuan Luo, Lin Gao, and Prof. Jianwei Huang, for winning the Best Paper Award from IEEE WiOpt 2014!

We are pleased to announce that the paper "Trade Information, Not Spectrum: A Novel TV White Space Information Market Model" by Yuan Luo, Lin Gao, and Prof. Jianwei Huang has received the Best Paper Award from IEEE WiOpt 2014.

Miss Yuan Luo is a 3rd year HKPF supervised by Prof. HUANG. She will spend half an year in UC Berkeley as a visiting student starting from September 2014. Dr. Lin Gao is a Postdoc Fellow in Prof. Huang's research group. He is the co-author of the monograph "Wireless Network Pricing". This is his second time receiving the Best Paper Award from IEEE WiOpt.

WiOpt focuses on performance modeling and optimization of wireless networks. It is a single-track conference with an acceptance rate of less than 30%.
