This is truly exciting that "Authenticated Papers" (http://mobitec.ie.cuhk.edu.hk/authpaper), a MobiTeC project based on Solon Chak-man Li's IE MPhil thesis is the R&D category Winner of the 13th Asia Pacific ICT Alliance Award. APICTA (http://www.apicta.org) is an annual International ICT competition among 17 Asia Pacific Economies and Hong Kong is hosting this year’s event. The MobiTeC project was nominated to represent Hong Kong to compete in the R&D Category and won!
