Prof. Soung-chang Liew Elected as HKAES Fellow of 2020

We were excited to know Prof. Soung-chang Liew was elected as Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering Services (HKAES) in 2020. The HKAES Fellowship is a recognition of his distinguished achievements in serving Hong Kong with top quality engineering expertise.
