Mr. Shih Wing-ching, director of Centaline Property Agency Limited, was invited to share his management experience of non-interference at the High Table Dinner of Shaw College on 27 March. With the title ‘Governing by Non-interference Policy, Survival of the Fittest’, Mr. Shih pointed out that managing by non-interference policy allows diversity and natural selection. He advised people to have a correct and accurate assessment of situation and to achieve slightly better than others. It will save unnecessary effort to strive for excellence.
