The Summer Research Placement Programme for Mainland and Taiwan Postgraduate Students organized by the Office of Academic Links (China) was held from 18 June to 12 August in CUHK. Fifty-two students from 18 institutions participated in the programme. Apart from research training, students were given opportunities to interact with CUHK’s postgraduate students and visited key research facilities on campus. The placement programme provided a valuable learning opportunity for Mainland and Taiwan postgraduate students to study in Hong Kong, and strengthened the relations with key partners of the University.
