個人簡介

鍾一諾教授於2011年加入香港中文大學公共衞生及基層醫療學院, 他利用生物醫學倫理和公平的視角進行研究,專注於對健康不平等的社會決定因素(包括貧困和健康、移民的健康、罕見病患者的健康)以及與老齡化有關的多病症和長期/晚期護理問題進行實證調查,並利用這些證據為國內外的衞生服務和政策提供建議。

 

鍾教授是香港中文大學健康公平研究所的創辦副主任,該研究所於2020年1月成立,由Michael Marmot爵士教授、楊永強教授和胡令芳教授共同擔任主任。同時,他也是衞生系統和政策研究中心及移民和流動研究中心的創始成員、及生活質素研究中心的執行委員以及老年學研究所的研究員(禮聘)。

 

在國際層面上,鍾教授是世界大學網絡(Worldwide Universities Network)公共衞生全球挑戰指導小組副主席,為全球23所國際研究型大學在公共衞生方面的研究和合作指引方向。2018年9月,鍾博士被著名的美國國家醫學院(National Academy of Medicine)選為其國際衞生政策研究員,在影響健康長壽的社會決定因素這方面進行研究。此外,他還曾在香港政府多個官方咨詢委員會任職,涉及食物及衞生局的香港醫療衞生總開支賬目和主題性住戶統計調查。他亦參與了兩個政府委托的,分別是關於老年/晚期護理和醫療資源分配工作的項目。另外,他還是一項醫院管理局醫療援助計劃的顧問研究的首席研究員,同時也曾接受香港罕見疾病聯盟委託進行本地罕見疾病的研究。鍾教授的研究還曾被中大通訊(11月第507期)用作封面故事。鍾教授亦曾發表多篇文章,其中包括80多篇高影響力期刊的學術文章、書籍章節及顧問報告。

 

此外,鍾教授還積極參與大學、學院、系所、校級服務以及具有相當影響力的對外社會服務 -- 他是香港生死學協會的副主席,該協會是一家整合了眾多年輕專業人員的專業知識及理念,致力於創新香港的生死教育、預先設照顧計劃、長期護理和善後安排的社會企業;他亦是香港唯一的生死教育電台節目《生命廿一克》的聯合主持人。在2019年,他還合編了暢銷及得奬書籍《生死教育講呢啲》。在學術領域外,他還是一位屢獲殊榮的著名音樂監製及歌手。

 

鍾教授於2005年取得美國約翰霍普金斯大學(Johns Hopkins University)公共衞生學士學位及約翰霍普金斯彭博公共衞生學院 (Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health)衞生科學碩士學位,並於2011年取得香港大學公共衞生學院哲學博士學位,其博士研究課題為社會經濟發展對人口健康的影響,此研究還獲得了香港社區醫學學院頒發的Presidential Award for Best Oral Presentation。
