Associate Professor of Practice in Health Services Management

Biography

Dr Jasperine K.Y. Ho is the Medical Director, Medical Innovation and Technology of The CUHK Medical Centre (CUHKMC). She is also Associate Professor of Practice in Health Services Management at the Jockey Club School of Public Health & Primary Care, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she teaches health service planning, and health innovation and technology management. 

 

Dr Ho leads the development of strategies and solutions on the introduction and application of medical innovation and technology in CUHKMC, she also oversees the design and development of clinical service programmes to drive health system transformation. Besides, Dr Ho oversees the operation and continuous quality improvement of inpatient services and all the clinical supporting units in CUHKMC. Dr Ho is also responsible for driving the planning and development of CUHKMC Phase II as well as coordinating medical planning input to support the Greater Bay Area Strategy of CUHK and CUHKMC. 

 

Before Dr Ho joined CUHKMC, she worked in the Hospital Authority. She pursued the career of Critical Care Physician after internship. During the latter part of her career, she took up administrative duties involving Quality and Safety and Health Services Planning at Cluster and Head Office levels.
