个人简介

薛教授于香港大学取得医学学士及外科学士学位，并自2011年起成为香港医学专科学院的家庭医学专家，除了受过专业培训外，她还拥有儿科、皮肤科、老年医学和内科的资格证书。此外，作为一名家庭医生，她在疼痛管理方面发展了自己的特殊技能，并且是世界疼痛研究所认证的介入疼痛超声医师。薛教授在临床和科研方面主要专注于研究初级保健中的肌肉骨骼疼痛，她热衷于探索、设计、评估以及实施创新的干预措施，以改善慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛患者的生活质量。现在，薛教授是“香港中文大学赛马会长者痛症缓解计划”的负责人，并带领跨学科团队在基层医疗中进行慢性疼痛管理。
