(Resumed) Microsoft Incident Report Problem on connection to Outlook on the Web (OWA), Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams

Microsoft issued an incident report on 2 Dec 2022 (Fri) about Microsoft Outlook on the Web (OWA), Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams services degradation.

User Impact Users may be unable to use any features within Outlook on the Web,  various features within Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
Final Status Transitioning away from the legacy process and restarting affected infrastructure to mitigate impact within our (Microsoft) test environment was successful. We (Microsoft) implemented these mitigation actions across the affected infrastructure, monitored the service and confirmed that impact was remediated.
