Service Availability

24 X 7 (Access to CDC2 beyond office hours requires application and is subject to ITSC’s approval)

 

  • Provides a secure and controlled access environment to house your servers in a standard 21U / 42U 19” industrial rack
  • Provides high speed network connectivity to your servers
  • Provides facility management by equipping with FM200 gas-based Fire Suppression System, Uninterruptable Power Supply, 7×24 CRAC Air Conditioning and Humidity Control, Surveillance and Recording System, etc
  • Link up collocated servers with department sub-network(s)
  • Allows 24×7 access to the assigned rack (pre-registration is required)
  • Provides 24×7 basic Remote Hands and Eyes support such as Power Recycle your equipment
  • Not include configuration of client’s server(s), firewall(s) and load balancer(s) etc
