Cause Server updates causing system reboot
Service Affected DUO 2FA Self-Service User Portal (https://duo.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk) will be intermittently unavailable during the above period. When this happens, users will be unable to perform the following actions

  • Manage mobile devices in your account
  • Generate rescue code for emergency use
  • Generate bypass code in case you encounter any problems with your mobile
