Tse Fu-yuen, a former student of Chung Chi College, obtained his B.S.Sc. degree with distinction in 1965. After teaching at La Salle College for one year, he was awarded the newly instituted Shell Scholarship of the University to read for a M.Sc. degree in Economic Geography at the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London, from which he graduated with distinction in 1968. Mr . Tse is now an Assistant Lecturer in Geography at Chung Chi College. — 1 1—
