Yu, Carl Darling Buck Distinguished Service Professor Emeritus in the Humanities and Professor Emeritus of Religion and Literature in the Divinity School of the University of Chicago, visited Chung Chi College from 5 to 18 February 2006 as its Siu Lien Ling Wong Visiting Fellow 2005–06. Mr. Mui Chong-ki, a renowned printmaker, visited Chung Chi College as Visiting Artist 2005–06 from 1 to 15 March. Prof. Charles K. Kao, former Vice- Chancellor of The Chinese University and ‘FatherofOptical FibreCommunications’, delivered a lecture entitled ‘A Journey of • • • Discovery’ on 2 March in Shaw College. Prof. Kao was Sir Run Run Shaw Distinguished Visiting Scholar 2005–06 to the college. Prof. Peter C. Ordeshook, Professor of Political Science, California Institute of Technology, visited United College, from 20 to 31 March 2006 as the its Distinguished Visiting Scholar. During his visit, Prof. Ordeshook delivered two public lectures entitled ‘Theoretical Underpinnings of Constitutional Design for New Democracies’ and ‘The Uses and Misuses of Game Theory in Political Science’. •
