The graduate certificates with regard to the specified student group will be available for collection between 16 and 30 November 2022. 

In view of the development of COVID-19 epidemic situation in Hong Kong and for the sake of keeping Social Distancing and Crowd Management in a small enclosed area in good practice, we invite students who would like to collect the graduate certificate in person within the captioned period to register online and book a timeslot at https://booking.gs.cuhk.edu.hk/.   Those coming to us directly without in the first place duly booked an appointment may experience a long wait time.  Login details: 

User Name:     Your student ID (10 digit)

Password:        Your Date of Birth (ddmmyyyy)

For students who would like to collect certificate after 30 November 2022, no online registration is needed.

Students who owe money to the University are urged to pay their outstanding debts as soon as possible.  Else, the Graduate Certificate will be withheld.
