To query filter update status, please input your ticket number in the text box. Your ticket number can be found in the authentication email which has been sent to you by the filter update agent.
HKIX participant MUST go to the email authentication link in order to confirm the filter update. HKIX will process the update request accordingly and the new filter will take effect and apply to HKIX route servers one working day after the request is approved by HKIX NOC.
Filter update will be rejected if your request contains reserved network(s) or network prefix(es) which have already been included in existing filter. Please double check your filter at HKIX looking glass before sending us the request for modification.
