使命
心血管、代谢疾病及中风护理科研专题小组的使命是透过概念性及具影响力的研究,拓展与心血管、代谢疾病及中风护理相关的知识及创新方案 ,从而改善心血管及代谢健康,以及中风后的康复成效。
小组的主要研究方向包括:
- 应对心脑血管疾病患者或高危人士的护理需求;
- 提升中风病人及其照顾者的病情管理知识、技巧及信心,以促进康复进度和改善健康相关生活质素;及
- 制订有效策略助代谢综合症患者进行非药物治疗及减低心血管疾病风险,以及助糖尿病患者调整生活模式。

Professor LO Hoi Shan, Suzanne (Convener)
助理教授
卢海珊助理教授一直致力于改善中风病人的健康和康复成果。她的研究主要是探讨自我管理计划对社区中风病人之成效,提升年轻患者重投社区及重返职场的能力,以及运用创新策略如芭蕾健身运动等,加强中风后居家康复护理。卢教授亦热衷于培训市民及专业人员成为义工,从而建立社区力量为中风病人提供支援。
Professor CHAIR Sek Ying
副院长(研究)/ 教授
车锡英教授的研究致力于改善心血管及代谢健康,透过各种创新介入方案如动机访谈、以家为本心脏康复模式、网上康复活动、赋权自我管理计划、太极和「随乐起动」运动计划等,改善患者的健康成果。车教授的研究广泛探讨教育和认知行为策略的结合运用,鼓励患者积极参与康复计划及调整生活模式,从而减低患病风险。

荣休教授
周柏珍教授积极投身研究,为中风患者研发和评估了多项创新的中风康复护理服务(例如虚拟跨专科中风护理诊所)和介入方案(例如帮助患者重投社会的虚拟实境系统),其研究成果对中风后康复护理实践贡献良多。周教授亦透过不少研究项目,制订了多套循证护理临床实践指引,并在医院推行有关指引及评估其临床护理成果。周教授更专长于知识综合,发表了多篇有关临床护理成果的高水准系统综述。

副教授 (护理学专业应用)
陈惠娇副教授成功进行多个研究计划,以探讨太极和气功对各类慢性病患者改善病情之成效。她对提高慢性病高危群组的参与度有独特兴趣,这亦是贯穿其各项学术研究的主线。陈教授的研究肯定了练习太极和气功对不同慢性病均有好处,对拓展相关知识贡献良多。
Professor TAM Hon Lon, Alan
研究助理教授
谭汉麟研究助理教授专注于研究创新的教育干预措施,运用科技改善患者的心脏代谢健康。谭教授亦有志于提升老年人的主观健康水平,从而协助他们达至「健康老龄化」;以及透过系统综述,评估各种心脏代谢和老年健康干预措施的成效。
臧渝梨博士

副研究员
臧渝梨博士的研究专注于探讨心血管对压力的反应,以及与人体内外生物节律相关的预防性治疗。她刚完成了有关患有或较大机会患上心血管疾病的长者如何应对热浪侵袭的研究,另有一些研究项目仍在进行中。
