IEEE Robio 2009 Best Student Paper Award

Congratulations to Li Boapu, Simon Fan Yichen, and Lin Qi for winning the Best Student Paper Award at the 2009 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Biomimetics (IEEE Robio 2009).

The award winning paper is entitled "Intestinal polyp recognition in capsule endoscopy images using color and shape features", co-authored by Li Boapu, Fan Yichen Simon, Meng Q.-H. Max, and Lin Qi. The winning paper was selected from a competition of more than 500 papers from 25 countries and regions.
