Exemptions granted by the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers
  1. Economics graduates of 1998, 1999 and 2000 are granted :
  1. full exemption from the Banking Certificate Examination, and
  2. exemption from the subject "Monetary and Financial System" of Banking Diploma Examination.
  1. Economics graduates of 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 are granted :
  1. full exemption from the Banking Certificate Examination;
  2. exemption from the subject "Monetary and Financial Syste" of the Associateship Examinations, only if one of the following areas of concentration are taken during the period of study.

- Empirical Finance and Real Estate
