Sleep Disorders

Sleep disorders are a group of conditions that affect our sleep, which could lead to an array of negative consequences to our health and general well-being. Our research focuses on broad spectrum of sleep disorders including REM sleep behaviour disorder, Obstructive Sleep Apnea and insomnia etc.

Sleep and Circadian

Disruption in circadian rhythms can lead to negative consequences in both physical and psychological health. Our team is currently conducting a study investigating the circadian dysregulation in offspring of parents with psychiatric disorders.

Sleep Intervention

Effective interventions for improving sleep is timely needed given the high prevalence of sleep problems in the general population. Our team conducted several sleep interventions such as sleep education, cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia and light therapy, targeting on both clinical and non-clinical populations.
