The First Scholars' Roundtable Lunch

The Scholars’ Roundtable Lunch is an informal luncheon series organized by the College Life Committee of CW Chu College which aims to enhance the interaction and bonding among College Fellows and teacher affiliates. A College Fellow or teacher will be invited to give a short presentation on a selected theme at each gathering, followed by casual exchanges and discussions. The First Scholars’ Roundtable Lunch held on 20 Oct 2011 (Thursday) was hosted by Prof. Jette Hansen Edwards, Chairman of the College Life Committee, who spoke on “How and why I became an applied linguist”. The next gathering will be held on 9 December.
