Pang Ka Wei received her degrees in Modern Languages & Intercultural Studies, Women’s Studies, Gender Studies and Cultural Studies in The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research interests lie in gender and sexuality, life stories and health humanities.
Her recent publications include "The Making of Chinese Medicine in Hong Kong" (2018) in Social Transformations in Chinese Societies, as well as Chinese book chapters on the oral history of a female Chinese worker at the Regional Seminary for South China (2019) and the breast cancer metaphors in Hong Kong pink ribbon campaigns (2020).
