This course aims at providing students with an opportunity to get acquainted with theories, knowledge and skills of human resource management in the human service sector, and in particular the social service fields. The course will review the human resource development in social service sector locally as well as the rest of China. Students are also encouraged to reflect on their leadership style in order to enhance their performance when working with others in teams.
