PHAB Symposium 2017: Psychological well-being of people with acquired disability

Sponsored by the ZeShan Foundation, the Symposium, parallel forums and experiential workshops were successfully held in the CUHK campus. This symposium aimed at involving multi-disciplinary efforts to explore the needs of these people and families with acquired disability, and using a holistic approach to care for their psychological well-being. Over 24 supporting organizations was involved and over 400 participants took part in this meaningful and inspiring event.

The International Association for Outcome-based Evaluation and Research on Family and Children’s Services (iaOBERfcs)

With the theme of “New Perspectives for Outcome-based Evaluation and Research on Family and Children’s Services”, the two-day conference included keynote presentations, parallel sessions and agency visits was successfully held in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The conference included more than 150 scholars, professionals, researchers and students from 13 countries. This platform provided international exchange and collaborations among different fields and knowledge development in outcome-based evaluation worldwide.
