This course aims at helping mid-level practitioners in social service organizations to understand the concept and systems of budgeting in social service organizations. Furthermore, it helps students to have a deeper understanding of the relation of managerial systems with the operational aspects of budget proposals and financial control, for example, Enhanced Productivity Program, Performance-based Budgeting and Internal Audits.
