The Summer Program on “Social Work Program and Service Evaluation Methods” was successfully held online from 28 June – 8 July 2022. The Program was co-organized by our Department, Shandong University (China), and Tunghai University (Taiwan). Prof. Steven Ngai, Prof. Kim Minseop, Prof. Cheng Qijin, and 11 postgraduate students from our department, as well as 40 students and faculty members from other universities participated in this meaningful program.
There were a total of nine sessions of lectures conducted by different professors and lecturers from the three universities, covering topics related to program evaluation, program design, media, and communications as well as service evaluation, etc. Participants could discover new ideas and practices through different lectures and discussions with teachers and students from other universities during the program.
