Notes for Various Applications

When students submit applications for the School’s endorsement, the personal data provided on the application document, if any, will be used for the purpose of processing that particular application. All information provided, when no longer required, will be destroyed.

Information provided on the application document, if any, may be transferred to other departments/ administrative units within CUHK for consideration after endorsement by the School, where applicable.

It normally takes THREE working days for the School to handle the application. Any urgent application will only be considered with very strong justifications. Applicants have to allow sufficient time to apply as necessary.
