The C-Centre
The C-Centre, the Centre for Chinese Media and Comparative Communication Research was established at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2012. It aims to contribute to the communication discipline by conducting frontline media research in Greater China and comparative communication research. It also aspires to be the hub of exchange among communication scholars from around the world.
The more specific goals of the center include:
1. to make the C-Centre the hub of research on Chinese media and comparative communication;
2. to establish the infrastructure to render research support and service to the Centre's research associates in particular and the academic community in general; and
3. to promote and coordinate research activities within our School and to reach out to relevant researchers and institutions around the world.
