Harry received his training in social and industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Illinois, and has taught related courses at the University of Hong Kong for many years. He has provided consulting and training service to government departments and companies in the banking, utilities, pharmaceutical, and transportation industries. Clients of his pro bono work include churches and other non-government organizations. During the past decade his work has focused on evidence-based approaches to psychological wellbeing, conflict prevention, and peacemaking, as he continues to learn more about the latest research findings.
