On March 9, 2006, Dr. Fan Guangxin and the RCGE’s Ms Cai Qinghua each reported on the progress in their research in presentations entitled "Early Chinese Impressions of University and Initial Formation of the Idea of University (1866-1895)" and "Observation and Consideration of General Education in Hong Kong Universities at Present" respectively.
