The Lee Quo Wei Law Library collections support teaching and research for the Faculty of Law’s LLB, JD, LLM, PCLL, MPhil and PhD programmes both on campus and at the Graduate Law Centre in Central. Within the taught programmes there are core subjects and elective subjects on various legal subject areas. The collections therefore are broad ranging and cover many areas of law to support these courses as well as the research needs of the teaching staff and the research programmes. The focus of the collections is primary law materials (case law and legislation) for common law jurisdictions as well as Chinese materials. Secondary materials (books, loose-leaf services and journals) cover all legal subject areas relevant to the teaching and research interests of the Faculty of Law. The collection is also strong in International and comparative law materials to support teaching and research as well as the various MOOT competition activities of the Faculty
