「白衣上座」這句話常常用來貶損在家居士講經說道，然而，在家居士可否演說佛法？是次講座嘗試從佛教經論中就這一議題找尋答案；從當代社會與佛教界的深遠變化中分析居士說法的需要與意義；並結合講者在慈山寺多年來不拘一格的弘法經驗與收穫，分享在家居士在佛法與幸福科學、佛法與心靈輔導、佛法與青年發展、佛法與身心靈健康，乃至通過佛教藝術及山林自然「以境說法」等諸方面，分享佛教的弘法與管理之道。
講者簡介
倪偲瀚先生現為香港慈山寺秘書長，同時擔任香港中文大學敬霆靜觀研究與培訓中心顧問。倪秘書長曾是傳媒人，2004年攻讀香港大學佛學碩士課程，開始了靈性探索之路。從非洲孤兒院、印度的聖地，到喜瑪拉雅山的修道院，都留下了他的身影。他積極投身佛教心靈教育工作，努力讓佛法更貼近生活，致力讓現代人，尤其年青一代跟隨覺者的足跡，在紛擾的世界中，活得清醒自在。

與一神教的人神關係不同，佛教的聖凡關係除了超越二元對立的彼此會通外，還在聖凡對接方面創設了多種具有中介性質的神聖象徵，其中比較典型的體現應該是中國佛教的觀音感應信仰。這種信仰藉助各種神聖象徵建構眾生與觀音的關係，形成偶像感應、聖號感應、經典感應、道場感應、咒語感應等信仰形態，從而既使眾生與觀音之間的對接通道多樣化，也使觀音的神聖性資源處於多元分割狀態，極大地增強了觀音信仰的便捷性、瀰漫性和世俗性，由此激發而成的文化現象，如造像藝術的發達、經典的普及、名山的興起以及名號和咒語的流行等，則成為中國佛教整體建構和發展機制中不可或缺的重大元素。
嘉賓簡介
李利安，歷史學博士，西北大學中國宗教史專業二級教授。西北大學佛教研究所所長，玄奘研究院院長，兼任中國社會科學院佛教研究中心特邀研究員，臺灣人間佛教研究院榮譽教授以及浙江佛學院、中國佛學院普陀山學院、鑒真佛學院的研究生導師。主要從事佛教信仰史研究，出版《觀音信仰的淵源與傳播》《四大菩薩與民間信仰》《南北朝佛教編年》等著作10部；在《哲學研究》《世界宗教研究》《中國哲學史》等多種海內外報刊發表論文200餘篇；主持及完成國家社科基金重點項目《宋元明清時期中國漢地觀音信仰研究》等多個國家社科基金項目。

Brief Introduction of the Topic:
Lam Rim teachings, as its title suggests are the teachings given by the 14-15th century Tibetan Master Lob Zang Drak Pa popularly known as Tsong Kha Pa. These teaching are primarily meant to illuminate and disseminate the Buddhist Path of enlightenment, the graded path that was introduced in Tibetan long ago. The Lam Rim Teachings are simplified version of eightfold path i.e., the fourth of Four noble truths preached by the Buddha right after his enlightenment at Sarnath to his first Five disciples and is also known as the Dharmachakrapravartana Sutra, i.e., turning the wheel of law into motion for the first time.
The present write up is juxtapose to the vast treasure of Buddhist teachings spread all over the world in various languages with the simplest possible manner and in shortest possible manner. To know its historicity, it is an abridged version of what is known as lam Rim Chen Mo, the best write-up by the founder of Gelug Sect, Tsong Kha Pa to his followers. Precisely Renunciation, Bodhicitta and Right view are the three steps which will be the discourse to be deliberated upon in details.
Brief Introduction of the Speaker:
Professor Vijay Jumar Singh is the Professor of Tibetan and Buddhist Studies as well as the Head and Chairperson of Chinese and Tibetan Languages in Panjab University. He also serves as In-charge of Arts Block-5 in Panjab University and Academic in charge of the Department of Russian in Panjab University. He is now performing as ICCR Professor of India Studies, for the Department of Cultural and Religious Studies in The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He received his doctoral degree in Languages from Panjab University and his master’s degree in Tibetan from University of Delhi. His specialization is in the area of Buddhist Studies, Sanskrit, Pali, Tibetan and Religious Studies

嘉賓介紹
狄其安教授，上海大學音樂學院教授，佛光山人間佛教研究院研究員、江蘇鹽城佛教梵唄研究會顧問。從事漢傳佛教梵唄、作曲理論的教學與研究，尤其是對佛教梵唄的研究頗具成績。出版《江浙滬梵唄》、《中國漢傳佛教常用梵唄》、《中國漢傳佛「瑜伽焰口」法會唱本》、《東渡寺梵唄》、《寶華山隆昌寺律腔梵唄》等著作。主持上海教委創新重點專案「江、浙、滬地區佛教音樂（梵唄）收集與研究」； 2016年度教育部人文社會科學研究專案「中國漢傳佛教『瑜伽焰口』法會音樂的記譜與研究」；2019年度上海市教委員冷門絕學專案「漢傳佛教禪腔、律腔、上江腔三大腔系梵唄的收集記譜與研究」；2020年度國家社會科學基金專案「漢傳佛教『水陸法會』梵唄集成的記錄與研究」。

Suffering is the status of the mind when it feels uncomfortable, unwanted, and unfavorable. Lord Buddha commenced his teaching with the teaching and realization of suffering. Why Buddha took suffering as his core concern and why not happiness? The two extremes are to be avoided according to the Buddha are self-mortification and self-enjoyment. In Buddhism, following must be preceded by understanding and not faith. Buddha ordered his monks that not two of them should go in same direction. Buddha was not talking about the benefit of his Dhamma that it will give you a better life after death, rather it will start giving you its fruit now and here and thereafter.

嘉賓簡介
妙光法師現任《佛光大辭典》英譯總召集人、佛光山人間佛教研究院副院長。妙光法師是星雲大師於世界弘法的隨侍英文翻譯，足跡遍及全球，曾在大師與教宗本篤十六世、馬來西亞兩任總理馬哈迪、納吉等世界宗教及國家領袖等人見面時擔任翻譯。同時著力於佛典翻譯、星雲大師全集、人間佛教研究專書等文獻的筆譯工作，旨在應用電腦輔助翻譯系統(CAT)、深度學習演算法(Deep Learning)與線上協作翻譯平台(Online Collaboration)等工具，加強佛典翻譯的品質與效率。

晁教授以社會學視角對企業家精神進行研究，長達10年跟蹤調查11位企業家及其企業經營。運用經典紮根理論的方法，發現這些企業家在對待自我、員工、合作夥伴、社會大眾和自然環境時，表現出「修身立德」、「成就員工」、「多方共生」、「天下為公」四個核心特徵。本講座將分析其演化過程、核心內涵和形成動因。另外，在文獻對話的基礎上，進一步將企業家的核心精神界定為「萬物一體」的思維方式及「去私利他」的價值取向，並通過「價值創造」、「教育普惠」兩種類型的利他行為，積極地造福社會。對於推進本土文化情景下的企業家精神研究，提出「差序格局」和「天下格局」的適用範圍與理論邊界，回應韋伯式問題等，均具有理論價值。
演講嘉賓簡介：
晁罡教授，華南理工大學工商管理學院管理學系教授、博士生導師，企業社會責任研究中心主任。現任國家自然科學基金和國家社會科學評審專家、博鼇儒商論壇副理事長、廣東省企業責任研究會副會長、廣州市小白兔愛心助學俱樂部會長。晁教授自2010年以來，運用深度訪談、蹲點調查、問卷等方式，對珠三角、長三角、環渤海、山西、雲南等地運用傳統文化經營管理的企業，進行深入的跟蹤調研，積累500多萬字的一手材料。從中國哲學、管理學等多個視角，就企業界對中華優秀傳統文化進行創造性轉化、創新性發展的獨特現象，及其背後的理論問題進行剖析和研究。主持與此主題相關的3項國家自然科學基金專案。

在中國佛教史上，僧團自身擁有其完備的僧伽制度，所謂佛制戒律，祖訂清規。然而，中國自古是一個皇權至上的國家，不允許在政權的掌控以外，另存一個有勢力的集團或社會組織。佛教傳入中國，當教團組織發展到一定規模的時候，政權為了加強對佛教的控制，便逐步在佛教教團之上設立了一套僧官體系和僧籍管理制度。由此叢林管理制度可以分為僧團內規範：即傳自印度的戒律與中國祖師制定的清規；僧團外規範：即由歷代政府設置的僧務機構制定並頒佈實施的各項宗教政策與管理條例。這兩方面的規範相輔相成，戒律規範既影響著政府宗教政策的制定與實施，同時政府法令也制約和控制著佛教僧團的運行與擴展。
嘉賓簡介：
溫金玉教授，中國人民大學哲學院教授，淨土文化研究中心主任，曾任東京大學外國人研究員、香港大學佛學研究中心客座教授，兼任中國佛學院等多所佛學院研究生導師，現為香港珠海学院佛學研究中心客座教授。研究方向為中國佛教制度史與淨土學，主持完成國家社科基金重點項目《中國佛教制度史研究》、一般項目《中國僧制史研究》，教育部人文社科研究基地重大項目《中國律宗研究》等，目前主持《中國淨土信仰史》課題研究。出版並發表多部著作與論文。
