CHANGE OF MAJOR / MINOR
APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF MAJOR
Application Period
Please refer to the announcement of the Registration and Examinations Section (RES).
Application Procedures
Interested students shall submit the e-application form via CUSIS, and send the following documents to the General Office of the Department of Music during the application period:
  1. Original and copy of unofficial transcript listing previous academic results at CUHK,
  2. Original and copy of relevant music certificate(s),
  3. Original and copy of the HKDSE results/ HKAL and HKCEE results,
  4. A letter of intent stating the reasons for application.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend an interview.

Application Procedures
Interested students shall submit the e-application form via CUSIS together with the following documents:
  1. Copy of unofficial transcript listing academic results at CUHK,
  2. Copy of relevant music certificate(s).
