Biography |
Professor Yukawa graduated with his PhD (Life Science) from the University of Tokyo in 2013. During his PhD studies, he researched epigenome in embryonic stem cells and preimplantation embryos (with Dr. Fugaku Aoki). After his training in PhD program, he joined Dr. Artem Barski's laboratory at Cincinnati Children's Hospital (United States). He researched epigenome connected to helper T cells. He is an expert of RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and other epigenome methods as well as molecular and cellular biology’s methods. |

Professor Yukawa started new researches in September 2020 as an assistant professor at Department of Chemical Pathology in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He enjoys both wet lab experiment and computational analysis in research. He is really excited to find scientific discoveries and to contribute to human society in this new research field! |
