Job description and responsibilities

• Responsible for project execution, including timeline management, clients liaison and progress update, etc
• Ensure the completion of tasks at different project milestones
• Report directly to Project Manager
• Review existing projects and contribute to new ideas/ directions that align with the vision and mission of the organization

Job requirements

• Experience of working in NGO/Social enterprise is preferred; Fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure

Established in 2014, La Violet Education (La Violet) is a social enterprise that promotes creative education and supports young people in pursuing and realizing their dreams. Meanwhile, La Violet encourages young people to understand social issues, strengthen their connection with society, and inspire them to live their lives to the fullest and contribute to society in their best positions.

La Violet has collaborated with over 200 primary and secondary schools and youth centres on education programmes such as Design Thinking and Social Innovation, STEAM & MAKER, life Planning, and Lego Serious Play. La Violet also organizes oversea social innovation trips for tertiary institutions, including the HKU, HKUST, and IVE (Shatin). Supporting and cooperating organizations include CLP, Mitsubishi Electric Hong Kong, Lee Hysan Foundation, PwC HK, UBS, HSBC, Oxfam HK, Dialogue Experience, etc.
